If your order was not yet picked up by the courier, you can immediately message or call us to cancel or change your order. However, if it was already in transit and you refused to accept it, you may return the item to the courier, but there will be an additional charge of P 300.00 excluded on the normal delivery charges. (This does not apply on bulk orders. Cancellation or changing of order will not be allowed.)
